- FEES, PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS
The website fit4lifeguides.com offers a free, no subscription service to access health and fitness content. All customers will need in order to access the content is to create an account, setting up an account is free.
Payments must be made upfront and in full for all items or courses which are selected for purchase. All items are priced differently and will be clearly labelled next to the item on the site. Customers will be reminded of the price again before they proceed to payment.
There are no shipping or handling fees for any of the content that is sold. All purchases will be emailed direct to the customers inbox.
Customers must pay for all of the content in advance of receiving their links to download the purchased items.
Requests for refunds must be submitted to us using the form on our contact page within 7 days of purchase.
If approved, a refund may take up to 5-7 working days to be processed depending on the customers bank. Refunds will also only ever be refunded to the card used to make a purchase.
